A man died Saturday after he was on Friday night, police officials said.
Denver police responded to a stabbing in the 8700 block of East Colfax Avenue at 9:25 p.m., spokesperson Siena Riley said.
The victim, identified by the as 51-year-old Michael Mershon, was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
No additional information about the man who was killed or any potential suspects was available on Saturday afternoon, Riley said.
No one has been arrested in the case, which police are investigating as a homicide.
