Tuesday evening near Eagle after a crash on the highway, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
State officials reported the crash on eastbound I-70, between U.S. 6 and exit 147 for Eagle, at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to an alert.
The highway had fully reopened by 7 a.m. Wednesday.
