One person was killed and another was injured in a early Saturday, police said.
Denver Police Department officers responded to a shooting in the 1500 block of West Maple Avenue at 5:15 a.m., officials said in an email.
A woman was taken to a hospital with a leg injury and a man was pronounced dead at the scene, Denver police said.
No one has been arrested in the case and police are developing suspect information, according to the agency.
