Denver’s Avanti Food & Beverage continues to attract fresh culinary talent more than ten years since its opening in the LoHi neighborhood.

This spring, an oyster bar will set up shop on the second-floor covered patio of the food hall, at 3200 Pecos St.
Shuck Brothers originated as a food truck and caterer. Its three founders — Jesse Migchelbrink, Riley Campbell and Garrick Abt — worked at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar before shucking out on their own in 2019.
“Every oyster we serve is traceable back to the waters it came from, and we’re proud to showcase family-owned producers who are actively improving their ecosystems,” Migchelbrink said in a statement.
The Avanti stand will offer oysters from both coasts by the half or full dozen. Some are prepared hot with green herbs, butter and garlic.
Other seafood goodies are on the menu, including Maine lobster rolls and blue crab cakes.
Shuck Brothers opens at Avanti Wednesday, April 1. The stall will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Several other restaurants have launched at the LoHi food hall in the last year, including Farang Thai Kitchen, Bikers & Bakers (formerly known as Biker Jim’s Gourmet Hot Dogs) and Berliner Haus.
