Colorado has had a flurry of commitments in the 2027 class in the past week, and that continued on Monday.

Jaiden Kelly-Murray, a four-star receiver from Summerville, South Carolina, became the latest to give his verbal commitment to CU and head coach Deion Sanders.

Kelly-Murray originally committed to South Carolina on March 13, but decommitted a month later, on April 13. Per 247Sports, he has 40 scholarship offers, and picked CU over his other finalists, Illinois, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.

This year, Kelly-Murray is transferring to Oceanside Collegiate Academy in South Carolina. He’s rated by 247Sports as a top-40 receiver in the 2027 class and a top-10 overall prospect in South Carolina.

Kelly-Murray played his first three years of high school at Summerville High School. As a sophomore in 2024, he caught 81 passes for 1,202 yards and 13 touchdowns in 14 games. In 13 games as a junior, he caught 64 passes for 957 yards and 14 touchdowns.

CU has nine players committed for the 2027 class, six of those joining the herd in the past week. In addition, CU added a 2026 junior college transfer on Saturday in defensive lineman Malachi Brown.
