Oprah Winfrey has a daughter?
A promo of an upcoming show left some viewers wondering, according to the New York Daily News. The promo claimed Winfrey would reveal a “deep, dark secret.” She added, “Stedman and I have a daughter,” referring to longtime boyfriend Stedman Graham.
Turns out there’s no daughter, and Winfrey was referring to her black female cocker spaniel Sophie. The promotion was all for guest Cesar Millan, best-known as “The Dog Whisperer.”
Sounds like those “Oprah” promos were barking up the wrong tree.

Clooney moved to a beachfront home in the village, nestled on Lake Como at the foot of the Italian Alps, three years ago. According to ananova.com, Clooney wrote: “I think of Laglio as the most beautiful town in the world. The people, my neighbours, are the kindest and warmest … Allow me to prove that I am worthy of an honorary citizenship. Let me fix up the beach.” Maybe the folks of Laglio could cut Clooney some slack; today is his 44th birthday, after all.

Russell Crowe is growling at a Burbank, Calif., play.
“Killing Russell Crowe,” by Jeremy Kehoe, tells the story of a dispirited greeting-card writer who asks a bartender if he could kill anyone, who would it be. Russell Crowe, replies the bartender, who goes on to say that when Crowe comes into his bar, he doesn’t pay for his drinks and as a tip he leaves an unsigned photo of himself.
The real Crowe told Sydney’s Sunday Telegraph, “The reckless accusation that I do not tip drain(s) the last drops of credibility from this desperate plea for attention.”
