Dive bar Wednesday!
…because we forgot to do it yesterday!
One that comes highly recommended is the Cuckoo’s Nest in Lakewood.
We’re willing to bet their carpet, red lights, and cash-only service is tremendous.
Expect dark wood.
They have pool. Bring your shark face.
You can still email me your favorite dive bar if you haven’t seen it featured yet.

We bike.
Chances are you own a bicycle or know someone who does.
There’s also a chance you might not use your bicycle very much.
REI has a bicycle training program this evening at Chatfield State Park for those that need a little extra boost on a bike.
Brush up your mountain biking basics.

Cafe Netherworld.
Though I’m constantly the butt of everyone’s joke because I always mistakenly call it “Cafe Netherland,” Cafe Netherworld’s offering of internet connection, cheap beer, coffee specials, pool, and a selection of industrial house music makes it a hot spot for those that like to live life on the dark side.
They’ve got a nice patio for days that aren’t drizzly, and feature local artists on the walls.
Smoke-friendly (for now), it’s in the heart of Capital Hill, not Netherland.
