“Why are they knocking them down? If it is economically viable they should do them up. Are they going to knock out the center of Liverpool again? That’s what they did before.”

“You don’t know anything about the movie?” Reynolds replied. The producer admitted he had not seen the movie or the original 1974 film. After the alleged slap, Reynolds asked, “What … kinda of guy are you?”
A spokesperson said Reynolds “playfully tapped (the producer) on the cheek. He was kidding.”

Renée Zellweger has her man and an Academy Award, but her dream came true Tuesday when she was given her own shiny star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
