Kelly Osbourne, the 20-year-old daughter of heavy-metal star Ozzy Osbourne, has checked herself into a drug treatment center, according to a published report.

Osbourne entered a Pasadena, Calif., facility Thursday, Us Weekly reported Friday. A message left for her mother, Sharon Osbourne, was not immediately returned.

A family representative told the magazine that Kelly Osbourne was “dealing with some personal issues” and would be back in a few weeks.

Kelly Osbourne spent several weeks last year at a Malibu drug treatment center for an addiction to prescription painkillers.

Max Baer Jr., who played Jethro Bodine on “The Beverly Hillbillies,” tells the New York Daily News he’s unhappy with how his father, Max Baer Sr., is portrayed in “Cinderella Man,” the Russell Crowe-starring flick about boxer James J. Braddock.

Baer Jr. says filmmaker Ron Howard didn’t bother consulting him for the movie, which portrays his father (played by Craig Bierko) as a thug and a cheat. Baer Jr. says his father, who killed two men in the ring, wasn’t heartless: He wept over their deaths. And he aided the family of one dead fighter, Frankie Campbell, by helping to put his children through college.

Baer Jr. also said Howard never explained the significance of the Star of David on his father’s trunks. The boxer is a hero to Jews for defeating Adolf Hitler’s favorite fighter, Max Schmeling.

Howard’s rep said the flick “was written from the point of view of the Braddock family. To them, Max Baer was a real threat.”

Iconic New Yorker Woody Allen, who’s about to film his second flick in England, has gone even more dotty for Britain by casting Ian McShane, the Brit-born star of HBO’s “Deadwood,” to star opposite Scarlett Johansson.

A woman who pleaded no contest to stalking and threatening actress Catherine Zeta-Jones will be sentenced next month.

A judge Friday ordered Dawnette Knight, 33, to appear for sentencing July 8. She faces up to five years in prison. Knight pleaded in February to one felony count of stalking and three felony counts of making criminal threats. She was accused of sending threatening and violent letters to acquaintances of the actress, including Zeta-Jones’ agent and her husband, actor Michael Douglas.

A state appellate court has upheld the conviction of an ex-boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith who was found guilty of making criminal threats against the former Playboy Playmate of the Year.

A three- judge panel rejected Mark Hatten’s claims that there was insufficient evidence to support his 2003 conviction.

Smith testified that she had a brief relationship with Hatten that she ended in 2000 after he approached her with a knife in her home.

Singer Rod Stewart has filed for divorce from actress Rachel Hunter, citing irreconcilable differences.

Hunter, 35, and the veteran British rocker, 60, were married in 1990, but split in 1999, court documents filed last week show. Hunter originally filed for divorce in 2003 but later withdrew her request for unspecified reasons.

The couple have two children, 12-year-old Liam and 10-year-old Rene.

Stewart recently announced that his longtime fiancée, model-photographer Penny Lancaster, was pregnant. Lancaster’s agent, Nicholas Young, has said the couple would make wedding plans once Stewart’s divorce from Hunter was final.
