Police are looking for a 21-year-old Wheat Ridge man for his alleged involvement in the methamphetamine overdose death of a Denver teenager.
An arrest warrant on charges of illegal distribution of a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor has been issued for Carlos David Herrera, according to Wheat Ridge police.
Terry Hugh Hefner, 17, died several hours after going to a Wheat Ridge motel May 20 where he bought and used methamphetamine, police said.
Anyone with information about the incident or Herrera’s whereabouts is asked to call Wheat Ridge police at 303-237-2220.
