The Securities and Exchange Commission is conducting an informal inquiry of Navigant International Inc. primarily focused on its proposed restatement of financial figures, the company said in a filing.
Navigant, which provides provides travel management services to corporate, government, military and leisure clients, in March announced plans to revise earnings downward for each of the past five years. Its restatement involves allocation of prices for business acquisitions, accounting for leasehold improvements and rental obligations.
The Arapahoe County company said it intends to “cooperate fully” with agency staff.
