Albuquerque – The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sued Albuquerque and Las Cruces companies, alleging discrimination against pregnant employees.
The suits filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court name Sonic Drive-In of Albuquerque, operated by RWW Enterprises, and Progressive Residential Services of Las Cruces.
