TOMBOY TOOLS INC.: Announced several management changes to accommodate growth. Chief executive Sue Wilson has been succeeded by company founder and former chief operating officer Janet Rickstrew. Wilson stepped down to run her family business, Denver Pottery, full-time. Jennifer Imel will be president and a director. The company also announced the addition of Anne Hlad to the marketing team and Teresa Brynteson to the corporate business development team.

ROVING PLANET: Announced that former Voyant Technologies co-founder Richard Schulte has joined the company as chief executive and president and will also serve on the board.

UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO AT BOULDER: Will give the title of distinguished professor to Barbara Engel, professor of history; Fred Glover, professor of business; and Richard Jessor, professor of psychology in CU-Boulder’s Institute of Behavioral Science, pending approval by the CU Board of Regents at its Dec. 8 meeting.

ARCADIS: Named Dirk Applegate Denver area manager. He will assume responsibilities for operations of both Arcadis and newly acquired Greystone Environmental Consultants.

CTL/THOMPSON: Promoted Damon B. Thomas to division manager of CTL/T Materials Engineers Inc. and Michael Skinner to project manager in that division.

G.A. WRIGHT MARKETING: Hired R.S. “Kip” Wotkyns as vice president, creative services.

GMAC MORTGAGE: Announced the addition of Randy Armagost as a mortgage consultant in its Boulder office.

COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES: Appointed Hille Dais interim vice president for finance and operations. Robert Moore, who had held the post, has joined the administrative staff of the University of Colorado.

THE HARRIS LAW FIRM: Announced the addition of Margaret E. Walker as an associate.

COUNCIL OF BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS: Named Bonnie Dean of Greeley to its executive committee.
