BLACK REBEL MOTORCYCLE CLUB The flagrant, noisy indie rock of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club is getting a small break ever since the release of “Howl,” the group’s exploration of roots music – blues, gospel and the like. The band tops a killer bill on Sunday at the Gothic.
MUTE MATH There’s something hypnotizing about Paul Meany’s vocals here in this little-known New Orleans group. Fresh off a performance on “The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson,” the group plays Tuesday at the Bluebird.
