Bronze Services Fine Art Foundry supervisor Mike Fister, left, pours the 1,920-degree molten bronze into the ceramic mold shells as foundry workers Bobby Pease, center, and Jeremy Flockhart assist. It is one of two artistic foundries in Loveland, and it caters to sculptors across the country. The workers wear leather and aluminized suits for protection from the intense heat of the bronze. They use a hoist to help pour the 230 pounds of bronze on each crucible load.
