The body of a 28-year-old Breckenridge man who was missing for two days was found Saturday on a trail in a wooded area, authorities said.
Mark Piche was last seen leaving a pizzeria in Breckenridge about 8:30 p.m. Thursday. His friends told authorities Piche often walked through the woods to his home. However, snow was several feet deep in the area, preventing search-and-rescue crews from conducting a thorough search.
Piche’s body had apparently been outside since Thursday night. His family has been notified, and cause and manner of death is pending further investigation by the Summit County coroner’s office.
