A popular Italian restaurant in northwest Denver is closed indefinitely after an electrical fire sparked earlier this week, according to the owners.
and in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood will be for repairs, restaurant officials . The building at 4401 Tennyson St. had no power, gas or water on Tuesday, and the roof was damaged during the firefight, according to the restaurant.
“I’m gutted right now,” a on social media read. “This place (building and biz) is like my first born. … We will be back, but just not sure yet how long it will take.”

The electrical fire sparked in the crawlspace between the ceiling and the rooftop, restaurant officials said in the video touring the damage. by community members showed smoke wafting from the roof and firefighters digging into the structure to access the flames.
“So it’s bad,” the video caption stated. “But could have been so much worse.”
Additional information about the fire and when the restaurant is expected to reopen was not available Thursday morning.
