Bill Dvorak has been called dean of Arkansas River rafting guides for his 35-year tenure as an outfitter on the river and work in educating others on the safety concerns involved with wild water. But it’s his expertise on another river that he’ll be in demand at the Tuesday meeting of the Denver Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Dvorak’s Kayak and Raft Expeditions, based in Nathrop, also runs trips down the Gunnison River below Black Canyon National Park, arguably the state’s premier fishing float.
