Tom Cruise reportedly got Katie Holmes to sign a $52 million prenup agreement, the London Daily Mail reported. A $19 million trust has been set up for Holmes and the couple’s baby daughter Suri even if the couple do not wed. If they do marry and later divorce, Holmes will receive an extra $33.5 million.
Kimora Lee Simmons appears to want to stay married to estranged hubby Russell Simmons, but the hip-hop and fashion mogul doesn’t seem as eager, according to the New York Daily News. Last week at Anna Wintour’s Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute gala, someone asked Russell if they were back together. “Just for this event,” he said. Kimora tried to slip her hand into Russell’s for photographers, but Russell “wanted no part of it,” a witness said. Russell later turned up solo at nightspot Bungalow 8.
Actor, screenwriter and director Jon Favreau and his wife, physician Joya Tillem, are expecting their third child, Favreau’s rep told People magazine. The couple have a daughter, Madelaine, 3, and son Max, 4.

Keith Richards was “up and talking” after surgery Monday in New Zealand to relieve pressure in his head following a fall, his representative said. The Rolling Stones guitarist, 62, is expected to take several weeks to recover from the surgery resulting from an April 27 fall in Fiji – either from a palm tree or a jet ski. The Stones’ latest concert tour has been postponed until June.
