Retired Denver Broncos legend Terrell Davis sold his Cherry Hills Village mansion for $3.7 million, according to property records.
The six-bedroom, eight-bath, 7,000-square-foot home on Foxtail Circle was sold Aug. 20 to DSMMEM Trust.
Davis and his wife, Tamiko, purchased the mansion for $3.3 million in August 2023.
Davis, a running back who won Super Bowl rings with the Broncos in 1998 and 1999, was the 1998 Super Bowl MVP and remains the Broncos’ all-time leading rusher. He retired before the 2002 season and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2017.
Davis married Tamiko Nash in 2009, and they have three children. Tamiko Davis is an actress, model, and former Miss California who was first runner-up in the Miss USA 2006 pageant.
Davis moved his family to Denver in September 2022 after a long broadcasting career. He is the co-founder of Defy, a sports nutrition company, and a partner at Alpha 1 Tax & Wealth, which provides wealth management and retirement planning services.
Davis was part of the unsuccessful bid led by private equity billionaire Josh Harris to buy the Denver Broncos in 2022, when the team was instead bought by the Walton-Penner group.
The Buell Mansion home, built in 2004, includes a chef’s kitchen, an elegant dining room, and a music room.
The second floor features a primary suite with a steam shower and three additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The home also has five fireplaces, two staircases, and three patio areas, including one with a fireplace.
Michelle Warner and Maddie Johnson with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty listed the home, while Ian Wolfe and Christopher Bouc, also of LIV Sotheby’s, represented the buyer.
