A 45-year-old Fort Collins man is in Larimer County Jail on a $1 million cash bond after he was arrested on charges of sexual assault on a child and first-degree kidnapping.
Tommy Robert Price is accused of luring a 14-year-old boy into his home, and then physically and sexually assaulting him Sunday.
Police said Price offered the boy an opportunity to earn money and requested he come into his home. Once inside, Price provided the boy with alcohol and proceeded to abuse him, police said.
The victim left Price’s home and returned home late Sunday. He told his father about the attack and police were called, said police spokeswoman Rita Davis.
