In troubled times of lost wetlands and other forms of habitat degradation, it’s axiomatic that waterfowl reproduction runs on money. Which is why Thursday’s banquet sponsored by the Downtown Denver Chapter of Ducks Unlimited ranks high in the panoply of support activities.
Through auctions and raffles of gear, artwork and outings, the group will raise needed funds for habitat projects in Colorado and the prime prairie duck production locations.
