GREAT FALLS, Mont.-
Three teenagers were arrested for beating a man into a coma after a woman in a bar falsely accused him of molesting her daughter, police said.
“They thought they were doing some street justice,” Detective Bruce McDermott said.
David Awbery and Victor Snorsky, both 18, and a 16-year-old boy, Jesse Valentine, face charges of attempted murder and aggravated burglary in the Sept. 3 attack on Ralph Landry.
A man in the bar enlisted the help of the teenagers after the woman falsely accused Landry, 58, of molesting her daughter, police said.
The teenagers went to Landry’s home and punched, kicked and stomped him when he answered the door, authorities said. A fourth teenager was being sought.
