GADGET|Thanks to the annoying iTunes restrictions that turned us off to its predecessors, we’re still divided on the Motorola Razr V3i. So while we’re still not won over by the iTunes/Motorola marriage and its call quality isn’t the best, the Motorola Razr V3i offers music lovers a decent mix of design and features. Cost ranges from $80-$269 depending upon cell company offers.|CNet.com

DON’T-MISS TV|”Sesame Street” takes its knocks for being a Disney-esque empire replete with toys, clothes and video games. But the altruistic cross-cultural aspirations of the series are undeniable, documented in the enjoyable season eight opener of “Independent Lens,” tonight at 9 p.m. on KRMA-Channel 6. In “The World According to Sesame Street,” producers haggle with government authorities in Bangladesh, battle ethnic divisions in Kosovo and confront AIDS in South Africa (where an HIV-positive puppet causes alarm but ultimately teaches tolerance).|Joanne Ostrow
