Robert Schreier is a junior at Alexander Dawson Upper School in Lafayette. This year he is the front-page editor of The Mirror, the school’s monthly newspaper.

As a University of Colorado at Boulder sports journalism intern, Robert worked with CU’s sports information director for two summers. He also assists in the press box at home football games.

Robert is a tennis and basketball player. He was the basketball team co-captain in his sophomore year and a team starter for two years. This year, Robert was elected captain of the varsity tennis team. He has lettered in tennis three times.

Robert is an Eagle Scout and, for two years in a row, was a member of the Junior Leadership Training Camp senior staff at the National Youth Leadership Camp.

Robert spent 10 weeks in the Switzerland Immersion Program at Gymnase de Burier School, where he was required to speak French at all times and in all his classes.

Robert has a 3.93 grade-point average and is a member of The National Society of High School Scholars.

Robert plans to become a sports broadcast journalist.
