Temperatures will rise into the 70s again today, with a chance of breaking the record should it reach 74 degrees.
Monday reached a balmy 72 degrees.
Warm winds from the southwest will keep the metro area comfortable and dry through Thanksgiving Day Thursday. After that, temperatures will decline slightly into the low 60s and high 50s through the weekend.
The rest of the week is expected to be sunny and dry, perfect for holiday activities and for skiing.
Ski areas report exceptionally good snow this year, and virtually all areas plan to be open by Thanksgiving Day.
