Aurora police arrested a partially-dressed registered sex offender, after he was found hanging around Gateway High School.
Police say Daniel Lucky Denny, 30, was seen repeatedly driving around Gateway, and onto school property. He was stopped by Officer David Musgrave, just after 8 a.m. on Monday.
He was not fully dressed, according to police.
Denny allegedly made a false statement about his identity and could not provide a reason for being on school grounds.
The officer was able to identify Denny as a registered sex offender.
He was arrested on charges of trespassing and making false statements.
He has since been released, but police are advising people to keep an eye out for him near school property.
At the time of his arrest, Denny was driving a white, 4-door Pontiac Sunfire, with Colorado license #953OAR.
