Colorado Governor Bill Owens will remain in Colorado after he steps down from office next month.
He has formed a new investment venture with Denver-based JF Companies chairman Joel Farkas and JF Companies CEO and former Colorado House Majority Leader Chris Paulson.
The new venture, JCB Group, LLC, will focus on identifying and acquiring available land for residential and commercial development and investment projects throughout the western United States, as well as select locations in Europe and the Pacific Rim.
