ProLogis, a Denver-based provider of distribution facilities, announced it will develop an industrial warehouse in southwestern France for Michelin. ProLogis agreed to acquire a 79-acre property from Michelin in Poitiers and build a 344,000-square-foot distribution center for the tiremaker to use.

American National CattleWomen Inc. of Englewood has

Cyburt Hall Partners LLC and Angelo, Gordon & Co. have

sold a building in the Meridian International Business Center in Douglas County for $14.3 million. Panattoni Development Co. purchased the 130,000-square-foot building at 9800 S. Meridian.

Safeway has awarded a $237,272 grant to the Denver affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to
