As expected, The Police are coming to Denver this summer – June 9, to be exact.
Fresh off the U.K. rock trio’s reunion performance of “Roxanne” at Sunday night’s Grammy Awards ceremony, the group is announcing a giant tour today from The Whisky nightclub in Los Angeles that will include a date at the Pepsi Center.
Exact ticket prices and on-sales dates will not be announced. But Denver fans will rejoice in the opportunity to see Sting, drummer Stuart Copeland and Andy Summers playing together. The group broke up in 1984 and has only played together sparingly since then.
