DES MOINES, Iowa-

10-38-40-48-53

Powerball 3

(ten, thirty-eight, forty, forty-eight, fifty-three, Powerball three)

Power Play: 5

Players matching all five numbers and the Powerball would have won or shared the $20.4 million jackpot. The prize goes to an estimated $30 million for Wednesday.

Tickets that match the first five numbers, but miss the Powerball, win $200,000 each, and there was one of those. It was sold in: North Carolina.

There were no Power Play Match 5 winners.

The top prize in Colorado was $10,000 for a player who matched the Powerball, plus four of the other numbers.

The game is now played in 29 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
