Even though along Interstate 25 it seems like our biggest crops are houses and malls, almost half of the state – 30.7 million acres – is agricultural.
To enjoy this bounty, just take a stroll to your neighborhood market (there are now 80 statewide), sign up for produce delivery through Community Supported Agriculture programs, or dine at one of the 100 restaurants that participate in the Colorado Proud Restaurant Guide.
