Just a month after Denver stalwart Table 6 closed its doors off East Sixth Avenue, the owners of Michelin-starred Beckon announced that they plan to fill the space with a new neighborhood bistro serving a varied, “hyperseasonal” menu.
Holm, as the restaurant will be called, is the third restaurant from Paired Hospitality, which also owns Beckon, 2843 Larimer St., and Major Tom next door. Beckon, which first won a Michelin star in 2023, is known for its chef’s tasting menu, while Major Tom concentrates on small plates and an extensive champagne list.
But Holm, 609 Corona St., will offer an “approachable, all-purpose dining experience that works just as well for an impromptu weeknight dinner as it does for a special occasion,” according to Paired Hospitality.
Diners at the 50-seat restaurant can “expect comforting dishes like brick chicken with poached fall vegetables or pork ragù with housemade pasta, alongside vegetable-forward plates highlighting produce from the team’s own farm in Lakewood.”
The name is a play on both the word “home” and on the last name of husband-and-wife duo Duncan and Allison Holmes, who own the restaurant along with Josh Elson and Craig Lieberman. Duncan Holmes serves as head chef.
Paired hopes to open the restaurant in October.
