Scandia Ale, Summit Brewing Co.’s summer seasonal offering, is the brewer’s take on a Belgian witbier, or “white beer.” It pours out cloudy to form a frothy head that delivers a pleasant pairing of citrus flavors and spices – most notably cardamom – against a mellow backdrop.
