DENVER—The Ski Channel said Monday it has agreed to invest in Rage Films, with an option to purchase the rest of the Bend, Ore.-based action sports filmmaker later.
Dollar amounts were not released.
The deal gives The Ski Channel access to Rage Films’ clip library and allows the two companies to form a programming and production partnership.
