COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A 70-year-old Colorado Springs funeral home owner is in jail for allegedly bilking her clients.

The Gazette reports that Neva Nolan turned herself in at the El Paso County Sheriff’s office.

She appeared in court Thursday and bond was set at $50,000 bond with a hearing scheduled for August 28th. She did not comment during the hearing.

Nolan faces 90 criminal charges, including 25 theft counts, eight counts of abuse of a corpse, two counts of improperly selling pre-need contracts and 55 counts of theft from at-risk adults.

She is the owner of the Nolan Funeral Home.
