BOULDER, Colo.—The University of Colorado says a freshman has been slashed in the throat on the Boulder campus but is not seriously hurt.
The Camera newspaper is reporting on its Web site that the student has been taken to a hospital and a suspect is in custody.
A witness says police stunned the knife-wielding man with a Taser and then arrested him.
Campus police and a university spokesman did not immediately return a call to The Associated Press.
