COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Funeral services for USA Weightlifting executive director Rodger DeGarmo Jr. have been set for Wednesday in Colorado Springs, the U.S. Olympic Committee said.
DeGarmo, 38, died unexpectedly during a business trip in Chicago last week. He had gone to dinner with friends and colleagues before staying the night at the home of USA Weightlifting coach Mike Gattone. His body was found the next morning, Aug. 28.
He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
