ALAMOSA, Colo.—Aaron Abel’s 33 yard field goal gave Colorado Mines a 10-7 victory over Adam State in an action packed fourth quarter Saturday afternoon.

Both teams entered the fourth quarter tied at 0-0 tie before Adams State (0-4) scored on a 2-yard run by Josh Salazar.

Colorado Mines (1-2) then had two unanswered scores for the win—a 15-yard pass from Adam Saur to David Pesek and Abel’s field goal with 2:18 remaining.
