COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Utah running back Darrell Mack, who accounted for three touchdowns Saturday in the Utes 44-6 win over then-No. 11 UCLA, was named the Mountain West Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Utah’s Robert Johnson won the defensive award, and teammate Louie Sakoda claimed the special teams honor.

It was just the fourth time in the MWC’s brief history that one school won all three weekly awards. Utah did it last in 2005.

Mack, a junior running back, rushed for a career-best 107 yards on 19 carries and one touchdown in his first career start. He also caught two passes for scores.

Johnson, a sophomore defensive back, had a career-high six tackles, intercepted two passes and forced a fumble out of the back of the end zone just before UCLA receiver Marcus Everett stretched the ball across the goal line in the third quarter. The interceptions were the first of Johnson’s career.

Sakoda, a senior place kicker, scored 14 points in the victory with three successful field goals from 47-, 45- and 44-yards, respectively, and by converting all five extra point attempts. He also punted five times, averaging 41.4 yards per kick and pinning UCLA inside its 20-yard line on four occasions.
