Molson Coors Brewing Co. named Peter Swinburn president and chief executive officer of its Coors Brewing unit, effective Dec. 1.
Swinburn currently runs Molson Coors’s European and Asian operating division, the brewing company said today in a statement distributed by Business Wire.
