Mel’s Restaurant, late of Cherry Creek North, served what was to be its last Kobe burger earlier this year and longtime fans were left without culinary ballast. But fear not: Mel’s is back, sort of. “We have come to our senses,” says proprietor Mel Master, who unveiled his new Mel’s in Greenwood Village on Oct. 9.
