COMMERCE CITY, Colo.—Authorities say an Adams County sheriff’s deputy shot and wounded a suspect early Friday after a chase.
A sheriff’s spokeswoman says the suspect’s injuries are not life-threatening.
The deputy was trying to pull over a stolen Chrysler Concord when the Concord crashed into a fence at about 2 a.m.
Three suspects fled on foot and the deputy fired at one of them.
Sheriff’s Sergeant Candi Baker says the wounded suspect has been taken to a hospital and the other two have been arrested.
No names have been released.
