A man was flown to a Trinidad hospital after he was shot multiple times at a home in Trinidad this afternoon.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the shooting, which occured at about 3:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Seventh Avenue, after a brief car pursuit, according to the Trinidad Police Department.
Police received calls before the shooting that the two suspects were chasing someone in a car across Trinidad, but the shooting occured on the opposite side of town from where those calls originated from.
Police are still investigating whether there is a connection between the pursuit and the shooting.
The man’s condition is unknown.
