Labs Inc. said it has finalized an agreement to acquire the assets of Laboratories at Bonfils, a subsidiary of Bonfils Blood Center. Denver-based Labs is a testing facility for organ-procurement organizations and eye and tissue banks.
Golden Star Resources Ltd. of Denver announced it has completed the necessary approvals to list shares on the Ghana Stock Exchange. Trading is expected to start Jan. 14. Golden Star also launched an offer to sell 3.2 million shares to the Ghana investing public.
Gapwest Broadcasting of Denver has reached an agreement to sell its four radio stations in Burlington, Iowa, to local operators. Pritchard Broadcasting Corp. has agreed to acquire KBKB-AM and KBUR-AM for $900,000. Titan Broadcasting LLC will buy KBKB-FM and KGRS-FM for $2.1 million.
