GREELEY, Colo.—A Greeley judge has dismissed a lawsuit, permitting construction of a trail connecting Windsor, Severance and Eaton to begin.
The Greeley Tribune said Judge Daniel Maus ruled Thursday that Great Western Railway/Omni Trax had lawfully designated the land available for the 12-mile trail.
It will be called the Great Western Trail.
Two men who had filed a lawsuit attempting to stop construction of the trail were not available for comment.
