CALGARY, Alberta — Fertilizer maker Agrium said its offer for UAP Holding Corp. got Canadian regulatory approval.
Agrium’s offer for UAP, a Greeley seed and fertilizer distributor, is set to expire Feb. 25 unless the tender offer is extended, Calgary-based Agrium said Monday.
