LUBBOCK, Texas — Dominic Seals had 21 points and nine rebounds Saturday to lead Texas Tech past Colorado 62-44.

The Red Raiders (14-6, 2-4 Big 12) scored the first 12 points of the second half to extend a nine-point lead to 47-26 with 11:30 remaining.

The Buffaloes (13-6, 2-4) went scoreless for the first nine minutes of the second half, missing their first 10 shots.

It was Colorado’s worst offensive game of the season, with season lows for points and shooting percentage (24.1). Colorado made just 4-of-24 field goals in the second half.

Jackie McFarland tied a season high with 28 points and had nine rebounds to lead Colorado, which has lost 12 straight road games against Big 12 teams from Texas and Oklahoma.
