DENVER—Twenty-four hours after his call-up, goaltender Michael Wall was reassigned to the Colorado Avalanche’s AHL affiliate, the Lake Erie Monsters on Tuesday.
Wall dressed as a backup to Peter Budaj in the Avs’ 4-3 overtime loss to Phoenix on Monday night. He’s appeared in 16 games for the Monsters, posting a 4-7-4 record with a 2.82 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage.
