LOS ANGELES — A judge ruled Monday that a $2 million suit against “Desperate Housewives” star Teri Hatcher should be moved out of court and into arbitration. The suit by cosmetics company Hydroderm, filed last year, claims a 2005 endorsement agreement with Hatcher’s production company stipulated she would not pitch competing products. Hatcher, 43, is also pushing City Cosmetics’ CityLips.
